T.J. Miller’s path to comedy stardom is anything but ordinary. Growing up in Denver, T.J. found his love for the stage early on, performing amateur theater in high school. He then honed his craft at college in Washington, performing stand-up and even spending a summer studying Shakespeare in London. But it was in Chicago – home to some of the world’s best improv – that T.J. truly found his voice, touring with the legendary The Second City improv group.

By 2007, he was starring in Carpoolers and landing on Variety’s Top 10 Comics to Watch list, not to mention Entertainment Weekly’s Next Big Things in Comedy. And let’s not forget his big-screen debut in Cloverfield, where, as the cameraman Hud, he brought a unique blend of comedy and panic to the apocalyptic action.
